T.K.O.

The Orishas (gods) arrived to the New World the same time as the enslaved Africans from across the Atlantic. Long worshipped in secret, they guided and fought alongside the enslaved, and eventually preservered through disguise in Catholicism and integration of West African practices from the Yoruba, Fon, and Ewe tribes.
